Client can deposit fund to Aristo’s bank account by the way of (1) Cash Deposit, (2) Bank Transfer, (3) Cheque Deposit or (4) Faster Payment System (FPS).

(1) Cash Deposit

Client can deposit cash into Aristo’s bank account at bank counter or using ATM. Please keep the deposit slip and submit the deposit slip with client name and account ID on the slip for identification to Aristo.

(2) Bank Transfer

Client can transfer the fund to Aristo’s bank account at bank counter, using ATM or through e-banking. Please keep the deposit slip or confirmation screen capture as reference, and submit the deposit slip with client name and account ID on the reference for identification to Aristo.

(3) Cheque Deposit

Client can deposit cheque/ bank draft to Aristo’s bank account at bank counter or using Cheque Deposit Machine. Cheque or bank draft should be made payable to "Aristo Securities Limited". Please keep the deposit slip and write down the client name and account ID on the slip for identification, submit the deposit slip together with cheque copy to Aristo. The fund will be available in client’s portfolio when the cheque/ bank draft is settled in Aristo’s bank account.

Aristo accepts fund deposit in clients’ own name only, third party deposit is prohibited.

(4) FPS

Client can transfer fund to Aristo by using FPS, a payment financial infrastructure introduced by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).

1. Register FPS service at bank
2. In the transfer page, select “Mobile Phone Number”
3. Input “+852 5313 9888” to set Aristo as Payee
4. Input transfer amount
5. Input your Aristo account ID in Remarks
6. Please capture the screen of the confirmation page (the screen capture must clearly shown client’s name and transfer details) and submit to Aristo

The fund transfer to Aristo by FPS will be available after confirmation. Aristo accepts fund deposit in clients’ own name only, third party deposit is prohibited. Clients must use their own FPS accounts for the fund transfer.

  • Login the account, select [Account] → [Account Balance]→[Deposit] →[Cash]
  • Select [Currency] →[Bank] →[Type] →input amount and reference ID →upload the deposit slip & cheque copy (if any) → [Submit]

  • Send the deposit slip, cheque copy (if any) and account ID to +852 5313 9888
By e-mail
  • Send the deposit slip, cheque copy (if any) and account ID to cs@aristo.hk
By Fax
  • Fax the deposit slip, cheque copy (if any) and account ID to +852 3622 1488
Fund Available Time

All deposit instruction submitted to Aristo on or before 4 p.m. in any trade day will be updated in Aristo account in the same day. In general, bank may take time to process the deposit instruction, cash deposit & local bank transfer deposit may take 0.5-1 working day; cheque deposit may take 1-2 working days; overseas transfer may take 1-3 working days to process.

Remarks

In regard to large cash deposit or non-cheque deposit, banks may charge a handling fee. Aristo will deduct the same amount from the clients' Aristo accounts to settle the fees. To avoid such charges on your deposits, cheque deposit or bank transfers is preferable. Also, clients should pay attention to the banks' definitions of large cash deposit.

Aristo accepts fund deposit in clients’ own name only, third party deposit is prohibited. If there is any third party transfer occurred, Aristo will return the amount directly and collect a return handling fee. Any bank refund fees incurred will be borne by the client. For the avoidance of doubt, if the account in Aristo is an individual account, the joint account bank deposit will be treated as a third party account deposit by Aristo.

Fund Withdrawal

1. By Cheque

Clients can withdraw fund through Aristo Web or Aristo Web Mobile. Withdrawal made before 12pm on any business day will receive the amount deposited by crossed cheque to the registered bank account in the afternoon on the same business day. Withdrawal made after 12pm on any business day or non-business day will receive the amount deposited by crossed cheque to the registered bank account in the afternoon on the next business day.

2. Collect in-person

Client can contact your account executive or customer service department for the withdrawal request and visit Aristo office in the next trade day for collecting the crossed cheque.
